6 story Co-Op building, 90 apartments with part time porter
2 Elevators, 2 compactor rooms
Plumbing and Electrical experience a must
Boiler, Sprinkler experience/license preferred
Painting, carpentry, repair work, garbage removal involved
Bilingual preferred - English/Russian, will consider all applicants if fluent in English.
