Well-established hardscaping and exterior construction company is seeking an experienced carpenter / crew lead to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who truly knows their way around carpentry and finish work, can work independently, and has the ability to lead a crew on site.
Responsibilities include:
Carpentry and finish work related to exterior construction
Leading and managing a small crew
Reading plans and executing work accurately
Coordinating with project managers and field staff
Maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency on site
Requirements:
Strong carpentry background with proven finish work experience
Prior experience leading a crew
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working on high-end residential projects
Ability to problem-solve in the field
