A well-established Health-Care Training Center is seeking a reliable, organized and physically capable Driver / Equipment / Operations Manager to support daily course operations primarily throughout the New York and Long Island/Queens area. This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities for the right candidate.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Transport course equipment, textbooks, and medical supplies to various training locations
• Load, unload and set up equipment as needed
• Maintain and manage equipment inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment
• Maintain awareness of any issues at each location
• Track supplies and report low stock
• Organize storage areas and ensure all materials are accounted for
• Perform hands-on office support tasks including moving boxes, preparing course folders, making copies, and assembling course materials, maintaining office area as needed
• Maintain clear communication with office staff regarding deliveries and scheduling
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Personal vehicle required (SUV, minivan, or vehicle with cargo space strongly preferred)
• Personal cell phone
• Ability to lift 25 + pounds regularly
• Dependable, punctual and detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently
