We are a busy, growing moving company looking for an honest, reliable, and motivated Dispatch & Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
Provide moving estimates and book jobs.
Schedule and dispatch moving crews and trucks.
Coordinate daily schedules and communicate with customers and movers.
Handle customer questions professionally and resolve issues when needed.
Maintain accurate job and customer records.
Work closely with the office team to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Previous dispatch, sales, customer service, or moving industry experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional phone etiquette.
Honest, dependable, and punctual.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software).
Valid driver's license is preferred.
