Bi-lingual/Full-Time Human Resources Administrator ( Brooklyn, NY)

A Growing Facility Service provider looking for a Full-Time Human Resources Administrator
40 Hours a week

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Performing Background Checks
- Orientation
- Processing New Hire Paperwork
- Implementing Policies
- Direct Disciplinary Procedures
- Resolving Issues between management and employees
- Documenting Terminations, performances, and etc
- Performing file Audits to ensure accuracy
- Quickbooks and Excel data entry

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Human Resources Experience A MUST
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish A MUST
- Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills
- Associates Degree required
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in excel
- Knowledge of Payroll A MUST
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
- Experience with Quickbooks A MUST
- Must be organized and able to multi task
