• Meticulous 5 Star Cleaning
• All Call 24/7
ESSENTIAL ADMIN. FUNCTIONS:
• Prioritizing to-do lists and executing tasks as assigned
• Meeting preparation and note taking as needed
• Administrative duties - emailing, answering phones, scheduling
• Keep Client abreast of news and current events
• Help book private events & concerts
• Book and reserve hotels and flights
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent with time management
• I know how to keep things confidential and protected
• While highly organized, I also know how to adapt to changing situations and work well in multi-faceted environments
• CPR and First Aide Certified
• Valid Driver’s License
• Available and on standby 24/7
• Experienced working with celebrities
• Capable to go on dangerous missions
