I have one shelf in Opaque/Aqua color and two in Black. There is some damage to one of the black ones (refer to pictures). I only have one set of mounting brackets that I can include but I would recommend buying larger ones anyway. Amazon has a ton of bigger/stronger ones for sale.
Price listed is for each but will give an even better deal for taking multiple.
