hey i’m Noel. a friend and I are looking to move into a 2 br apartment over the summer (July, August at the latest). our budget is $1.5-2k. we both have jobs and are looking to ideally sign a 6 month lease since we haven’t lived together before, but we’re open to renewing if it works out. we don’t have pets but are especially interested in places that allow them because we want to get a cat. Brooklyn is preferred but we’re also interested in Harlem.
