Variegated Spider Plant in Upcycled Plastic Container - $12 (Prospect Park South)

The pot is approximately 3.5" high and 5" in diameter and the plant is thriving to 7" and has grown more since photo session. Soil potting mix is from Miracle-Gro with pumice stones added (for soil aeration and to improve drainage) as well as quality compost from a local community garden layered in. The Pfaltzgraff ceramic plate is approximately 7" in diameter with lovely colors of forest green, purple and verdant green colored rim.
Spider plants are easy, low maintenance plants, great for beginners. They thrive in bright, indirect light and prefer to dry out slightly between waterings.
