This is an early model 3100 is a predecessor to the 3101 ant chair, with 4 legs. Designed by reknowned danish modern guru, Arne Jacobsen in rare bookmatched rosewood and manufactured by Fritz Hansen, this beaut does need repair. Base is missing a support and is detached from the chair itself. You can restore it to its glory days. These were manufactured in limited quantities between 1950 and 1059, making this stunner approx 70 years old. Marked underneath. Made in Denmark. Distributed by Illums Bolighus, Kobenhavn. This original make is a true rarity.
