Ive got a 12' jumpflex Hero trampoline for reference here is the link
It's 2 years old and used 10 times. I got it for the kids (who've used it 4 times) and for myself as exercise because it seemed fun. My knees didn't agree. This thing is top of the line and great unit. Was really impressed with build quality. Went with the pro because of the increased weight capacity. It was really to assemble as well. Every aspect was thought out, the safety net will hold an adult in, spring cover is durable. Comes with the ladder and the hose attachment for a sprayer and all original manual and assembly tool. I can take it apart for you or you can help to see how it goes back together but there are really good instructions on their site.
