In great condition, this 1973 Wilton pewter platter, features a southwest pattern in the Bohemian style called Zia. The platter, or serving plate, is all pewter with beautiful turquoise accents in the design around the rim.
According to Wilton, the design represents the sun shining from the center and radiating outward with the beams (bars) of light in all four directions, representing the four compass directions of earth. The wavy lines along the outer rim represent water. This design truly represents a love of Earth and its resources. The turquoise design adds a subtle yet beautiful touch.
No major scratches that detract from the beauty of the design. Please see pictures for details.
