Arrigos is looking for a full time and a Part time line cook to join the team. Shift lead/kitchen manager is also available for a strong candidate.
Experience & Qualifications Include:
-Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards.
-Experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
-Knowledge of modern cooking techniques
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
-Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
-willingness to take direction
-problem solving
-understanding of safe food handling practices
-Open availability is required including daytime and evening shifts, weekends
Duties & Responsibilities:
-daily inventory of station mise
-utilize prep list
-complete all station set-up and prep
-work organized, cleaning and tasting regularly, keep up with the flow of service
-thorough breakdown of station
