Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, as well as creating weekly staff schedules.
Operations: Overseeing the front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily flow
Customer Service: Ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling in person and online complaints, and maintaining a positive restaurant image.
Financial Management: Managing FOH schedule, controlling FOH costs, increasing FOH revenues, and ensuring FOH compliance with Health Department requirements.
Inventory and Supplies: Monitoring liquor and other supply levels for FOH operations.
Quality and Safety: Ensuring food quality and appearance standards are followed.
Marketing and Strategy: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business and attract more customers. Strong social media marketing skills preferred for the right applicant.
