NATIVE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE is now hiring BARTENDERS and Prep Cook STAFF to join our growing team!

BARTENDERS
We’re seeking talented and passionate hospitality professionals to join our bar team. Candidates should take total ownership of their work and have a strong desire to be part of a positive, energetic service team.
Responsibilities:
Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages
Provide warm, engaging, and professional guest service
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in restaurants, lounges, or nightclubs
Extensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits
Ability to create both classic and innovative drinks
POS system experience (Toast experience preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and safety
Basic food safety and allergy awareness (Food Handler’s License a plus)
English speaking
PREP COOK
We are also hiring a Prep Cook to support our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Food prep (cutting, portioning, measuring, basic cooking tasks)
Keep prep area clean, organized, and fully stocked
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Support cooks and chefs as needed
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food Handler’s License a plus
