We’re a small NYC restaurant group with 5 locations and over 20 years in the business, known for our neighborhood-driven dining rooms and loyal clientele.
This is a part-time serving position, with both AM and PM shifts available.
We’re looking for individuals who are confident running a section, attentive to detail, and able to keep service moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Our team is cross-trained, so the ability to assist with phones, takeout, and general floor flow is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Provide warm, efficient service to guests
• Manage a full section in a busy dining room
• Support team operations including takeout and phone orders as needed
• Assist with bar, food running, and overall service flow
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout service
Requirements:
• Prior NYC serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed
Preferred:
• Basic beer, wine, and liquor knowledge
• Familiarity with delivery platforms (GrubHub, DoorDash, Uber Eats)
• Experience with Resy or similar systems
• DOH Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Additional Notes:
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays / plates
• Flexible part-time availability required
