THE CORE ROLE: Professional Event Waiter
This is the primary position we are hiring for, requiring physical ability and a polished presentation.
Service & Execution: Providing high-quality banquet and event waitering service (table service, serving courses, passing appetizers, tending to guests).
Event Logistics: Efficiently bussing tables and assisting with standard setup and breakdown of service areas.
Required Skill: MUST SPEAK ENGLISH EXCELLENTLY to ensure clear communication with staff, clients, and guests.
OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS
We seek individuals who can grow with us and take on specialized tasks beyond waitering. Please indicate your interest in the application.
A. Office & Clerical Support (Daytime Hours Available)
Help with vital office functions:
Tasks: Data entry and uploading, updating Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets, responding to professional emails, managing electronic files, scanning documents, and interacting with incoming customer/client calls.
Skills: Strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
B. Kitchen Support
For those who enjoy assisting back-of-house operations:
Tasks: Helping with general kitchen tasks, basic food preparation, cleaning/sanitation, inventory support, and general assistance to the culinary team.
C. Specialized Skills & Leadership
Do you possess skills that could help us enhance our operation or lead a team?
Examples: Inventory management, delegation/leadership (potential to be a lead/captain), aesthetic buffet design, cooking/knife skills, photography/social media, or carpentry.
