Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Third Wave Barista to join our team at a Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages, while ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and teas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and cafe area.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Barista is must.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team and multitask in a busy environment.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
