*Oversees daily kitchen operations, including staff management, maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen inventory control, food safety compliance, and scheduling to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
*Must know how to cook good food. Good American & Southern Food such as collard greens, candied yams, macaroni& cheese, cornbread, turkey wings, etc.
*Expediting between the kitchen and front of the house.
*MUST HAVE NYC FOOD HANDLER'S LICENSE IT IS A MUST!!!
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment
* The ability to be flexible and think on your feet and stay calm even in stressful situations.
*MUST KNOW HOW TO READ, WRITE, AND SPEAK ENGLISH!
