Kitchen at Cobble Hill (near the 4,5,2,3,G stations) is looking for a full time Server/Bartender
The shifts are Thursday and Friday lunch, Saturday nights and Sunday double with the ability to pick up for private events and catering
This is a full service position, experience in bartending, serving, food running and bussing is required as you will be performing all of these duties during your shifts. New York experience is preferred and training will be provided.
We are a neighborhood restaurant with many regulars and a small staff, this position requires the ability to be self reliant and adept at problem solving since you will be by yourself for most shifts.
We are looking for the right candidate with a hospitality driven personality who can excel with our clientele, provide great service and build their checks.
You will not be sharing your tips on most shifts which makes this a great opportunity for someone who is self-driven and highly motivated. The potential for a steady income and a very high work life quality is there. This is the opposite of the corporate position.
