Located in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Sweet Catch BK is a fast casual Southern soul food and seafood restaurant with a vibrant Caribbean flair. We’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our family.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and up to quality standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with prep work and other duties as needed.
Work collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly.
Qualifications:
A least 5 years experience as line cook
Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
