We’re looking for an experienced bartender to lead the bar during shifts, train staff, and help run operations smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Lead bar team and organize workflow on your shift
Train and guide bartenders and bar backs
Create seasonal craft cocktail menus
Manage inventory and ordering
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
Requirements:
High-volume bartending experience
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Leadership and training skills
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Excellent customer service skills
