Now Hiring:
PASTRY PREP COOK
• Strong timing, efficiency, and organization
• Experience with lamination, custards, and savory fillings
• Background in pastry, baking, or professional kitchen work
• Able to lift 50 lbs + and stand for extended periods
• Weekend availability
BAKER
• 2–3 years of professional pastry or baking experience
• Knowledge of bread mixing, fermentation, and baking principles
• Familiar with lamination and viennoiserie production
• Able to lift 50 lbs + and stand up to 9 hours
• Weekend availability
PORTER
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Shows up on time and takes pride in keeping the bakery running smoothly behind the scenes
• Able to lift 50 lbs + and stand up to 9 hours
• Weekend availability
