You’ll:
• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.
• Cook on the line and maintain quality standards.
• Update menus, create specials, and manage stations.
• Handle inventory, orders, and track costs.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in high-volume kitchens with Latin cuisine experience.
• Leadership and hands-on cooking skills.
• Purchasing and inventory experience.
• NYC Food Handler’s Certificate; bilingual preferred.
