We are a fun tight-knit team in the back of a bar in bushwick. We’re looking for a dependable cook and a porter to grow with our team we work evening into the night and are closed on Sundays cooks should know temps and how to work a flat top and a fryer should know temps and how to use a knife. the porter should know how to do dishes clean surfaces put everything in it designated location we can talk more about the details in person we want to hire someone this week
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain daily mise en place at all times
Set up, run, and break down your station completely
Cook and prep with organization and cleanliness
Communicate clearly during service and support the team
Leave the kitchen cleaner and more organized than you found it
Requirements
Open availability (we are a late night )
2 years of line cooking experience
nyc food handlers card
nonslip shoes
knife skills
situational awareness
Must be reliable and show up on time
Able to lift 50 lbs
gotta be willing to run food
dishes
Good taste in food and music
