We are a wood-fired seasonal Italian restaurant led by Chef Al DiMeglio. Chef DiMeglio's seasonal menus adapt traditional cooking techniques to modern tastes. BARANO is a company that is very passionate about hospitality and food & beverage. Our restaurant is nestled in South Williamsburg, a just off the Williamsburg Bridge and a short walk from the J M Z trains and just a bit further from the L train.
· A high level of organization skills
· The ability to manage the responsibility of the reservation book and accommodate walk-ins
· Understanding of OpenTable and/or RESY
· Desire to grow in the Hospitality Industry
· Strong communication skills
· Are professional, articulate, friendly and punctual
· Open availability on weekends
· A drive to continuously improve their service, knowledge, and experience
