We’re looking for a Head Chef who specializes in Jamaican cuisine to lead our culinary team and bring bold ideas, refined techniques, and leadership to our restaurant. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily kitchen operations, from prep to execution
• Create and maintain seasonal menus with high culinary standards
• Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
• Train and supervise back-of-house staff
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Collaborate with owners on restaurant direction and special events
Ideal Candidate:
• 3+ years experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• Deep knowledge of kitchen operations and food costing
• Passion for creativity, presentation, and quality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Culinary degree preferred but not required
