We are looking for a motivated and creative Floral Designer to join our team in a supportive “Work/Life” environment. Minimum 1 year of floral design experience is required.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of floral design experience (please do not apply without this)
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (for tracking sales and inventory)
Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to keep inventory records and track sales
Strong communication skills
Organized, dedicated, and responsible
Good time management skills
Neat, clean, respectful, punctual
Positive attitude, sense of humor, and a genuinely nice person
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Floral design of all types: everyday, wedding, funeral, holiday, events, etc.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, displays, and refrigeration
Care for flowers and plants in the shop/greenhouse
Keep inventory updated and track sales using Excel
Assist with social media posts and shop promotions
Schedule:
Full-Time position
Must be available on weekends and holidays
