We are a stable, high-volume commissary kitchen and food service operation, NOT a traditional restaurant.
We are seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and exceptionally organized Full-Time Cook to serve as the Backbone of our Operation near the Q Train in Brooklyn. This role demands a professional who excels at high-volume cooking and possesses the versatility to proactively manage and support all aspects of production, logistics, and facility flow.

Compensation, Stability & Schedule:
Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour ,then time and a half at $27 an hour
You will earn AT LEAST $1,000 per week. With time-and-half overtime opportunities and consistent volume, the potential to earn significantly more is high. We reward professionals who show up on time and take ownership.
Stability: This can become permanent, long-term position with paid vacation included.
Extreme Availability: Must be available to work up to 7 days a (week this not always ) if the schedule requires it.
Shift Flexibility: Must be flexible to work morning shifts, evening shifts, and extra hours as needed.
Mandatory Holiday Work: You MUST be available to work ALL major legal holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.). Holiday Pay is provided for hours worked on these critical days.

This position focuses on advanced cooking, and the total organization of the operational environment.
Responsibilities (End-to-End Ownership):
Execute all aspects of food preparation and cooking for high volume.
Take Ownership of Logistics & Inventory: This includes managing, vacuum-packing, labeling, and ensuring immediate, proper storage and rotation.
Direct Food Service Support: Assist in serving capacities, including working the cafeteria food lines, replenishing serving lines, and maintaining presentation during serving times.
Maintain total organization, enforce strict sanitary standards, and proactively address any facility issues.
Requirements:
Proven track record as an experienced Cook in a high-volume catering or food service environment.
Exceptional knife skills and comprehensive knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Must speak English and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Extensive Kosher catering/food service experience is a significant advantage and highly preferred. Mention it in the reply if you have kosher experience
