We’re a Brooklyn-based bar & lounge operating a chef-driven menu inspired by Southern comfort, Caribbean soul, Asian finesse, and NYC hustle — all executed from a small, fully electric kitchen. No gas. No shortcuts. Just smart systems, strong prep, and tight execution.
We’re currently looking for 1 strong Line Cook and 1 part-time Bartender to join our team.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
🔪 Line Cook
Pay: $17/hour (Off the Books)
Availability Required: Open availability — nights & weekends
Kitchen Environment (Read Carefully)
Small, fully electric kitchen
Induction burners, electric flat-top, tabletop fryers, convection oven
Two-person line during service
Fast-paced, high-output for the size
Clean systems, tight mise, no wasted movement
If you’ve only worked big gas kitchens and can’t adjust — this may not be the right fit. If you love efficiency and control, you’ll thrive here.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of consistent line experience
Comfortable executing multiple stations in a compact space
Strong prep & knife skills
Moves with urgency without sacrificing quality
No egos — must love cooking and teamwork
Reliable, focused, coachable mindset
🍸 Part-Time Bartender
Availability Required: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Sundays
⚠️ Sundays are a double shift (bartender only)
What We’re Looking For
Prior bartending experience preferred
Confident during service and volume
Strong hospitality and guest engagement skills
Clean, organized, and efficient behind the bar
Dependable, positive, team-first attitude
