Job Duties:
• Prepares and portions foods according to established recipes.
• Ensures compliance with food safety regulations.
• Lead kitchen staff in all aspects of food and dining services.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation.
• Ensure palatability, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
• Follow portion controls as dictated by menus and requirements.
• Complete required paperwork for quality of food and services.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Follows assigned break schedules; work weekends, evenings and holidays are required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
