We are a neighborhood bakery and cafe with two locations in Brooklyn serving fresh baked goods, made to order breakfast and specialty coffee every morning into early evening. We are currently hiring for our Bread Team. We look for candidates who are passionate about good food, work well in a team environment as well as independently. You must have at least one year experience from working in a professional kitchen or bakery working with sourdough, the ability to multi task, be highly organized, willing and able to stand for 8 hours, lift 50lb and can commit to working early morning hours with a start time at *4:00 AM*.
