**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
- **Mixology Skills:** Proficient in classic cocktails and creativity in developing unique drink specials.
- **Customer Service:** Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow bartenders.
- **Knowledge:** Familiarity with various spirits, wines, and beers, as well as current trends in the beverage industry.
- **Flexibility:** Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
