One of Brooklyn’s Premier bagel shops is looking for a new bagel roller for its operation.
We are looking for a dependable and reliable full time employee with experience with dough.
Our ideal candidate would be able to troubleshoot machinery and dough in order to create consistently world class bagels. Bagel experience is preferred but other bakery, pizza or dough experience can satisfy our needs.
We use a rolling machine to shape and form the bagels.
This is a full time position with flexible hours generally mid morning through the afternoon. 5 days a week.
