The Assistant Manager position is a great opportunity for someone who has restaurant experience as a server and Bartender, and who wants to further their career in the restaurant industry. This position feeds directly into our management pipeline, meaning that it is intended to be a first step towards a future promotion to be a full manager or general manager. As the assistant manager, you will be working closely with our General Manager to expand growth of our two locations.
Qualifications:
-1-2 years bartending experience required. You MUST have this hands on experience so that you can understand how to manage it. If you do not have previous bartending experience, do not apply.
- Computer skills: excellent email writing, ability to learn softwares quickly.
- Great communication skills: You will assist with daily supervisory duties and training duties. You must have leadership qualities and be able to communicate clearly.
-A love for the restaurant industry and hospitality
- an open mind to learn and be creative.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting the General Manager with any and all management tasks
- Assisting with Bar and Restaurant daily operations and bar inventory
-Training new staff
-Sharing opening/closing duties with the managers
- assisting with planning and execution of special events/ marketing campaigns/outreach.
Compensation: 760 per week
