This phone reads 'Carrier Lock: No SIM restrictions' under About. So it is unlocked and ready to go with any carrier. I will not give you the IMEI number, but I will hang with you in person as you add it to your carrier if you'd like!
The battery reads as 90% capacity. To be 100% honest, if you heavily use this phone, it won't survive the day. But overall I'd say the battery is solid for a 2 year old phone. But it is absolutely not like a new phone for sure.
