This is the Nomad Base Station - a high quality device for wireless charging a phone, AirPods, and an Apple Watch at the same time. Used but works perfectly. Comes with everything - Base Station, charging cord, European power adapters, as well as the rubber Apple Watch adapters (different sized strips of rubber that slot in under the Apple Watch charger based on what size Apple Watch you own). There are some tiny nicks in the paint around the edge of the device, which you can see in the picture. They are brighter/more pronounced in the photos than in real life.
