Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
2ā3 years of experience in an early childhood classroom or daycare setting
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Teacher's Aide & Teacher Assistant Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
CDA credential or college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred (where applicable)
Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or classroom setting is a plus
Reliable, caring, and team-oriented
