We are seeking a highly educated, dedicated, and experienced professional to assume a primary caregiving and educational role for our children. This is not a typical babysitting position; we require a candidate with a college degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field) who can provide a structured, stimulating, and nurturing environment equivalent to a parent's full-time dedication.
The Role
The ideal candidate will effectively become a surrogate mother figure, responsible for the children's daily well-being, education, emotional growth, and adherence to household routines.
Location: uBrooklyn
Children: Three Children
Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 40 hours/weekend
Compensation: $20-30 per hour
Primary Responsibilities (Core Duties)
• Full Charge Care: Manage all aspects of the children’s routine, including meals, hygiene, clothing, rest, and safety.
• Educational Development: Implement age-appropriate educational activities, assist with homework, organize projects, and facilitate a love of learning.
Emotional & Social Growth: Foster strong values, teaching manners, social skills, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
• Light Household Management: Tidy up children's areas, organize toys/clothing, manage children's laundry, and prepare nutritious meals for the children.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Proof of degree required); OR
• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field) with demonstrated academic excellence.
