Be available to go to open and close/lock doors for different professionals that will need access to a store or apartment. Need to be on call for certain services to arrive, such as ConEd, Plumbers, Architects, etc.. The building is located on corner of Lorimer and the BQE (Meeker). You will need to be able to get to this location in 15 minutes or less by walking or subway.
