We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable live-in companion assistant for our mother, who resides in a private home (near Quentin Rd. & Ocean Ave.). The position is live-in, with general working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the pay is $800.00 per week. If you can't live in, please do not apply. We need a live-in at this time. Thank you.
Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and support with daily routines.
• Assist with balance and mobility, including walking outside, shopping.
• Running errands
• Companion for appointments outside the home, gym companion.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, organizing, cleaning).
• Assistance with preparing light meals (knowledge of kosher is a plus).
• Follow directions with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Female applicants only.
• Must be in good health, energetic, and attentive.
• Observant, empathetic, and patient.
• Prior experience as a companion, aide, or in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Language skills in Russian, Hungarian, or Hebrew are a plus, but not required.
• Driver’s license or a car is a plus.
