I relocated to Florida in 1986 from Baltimore, Maryland for the sunshine and no state income tax. I’ve lived in — and owned real estate across — Florida’s coastlines, from Pensacola to the Florida Keys. I now live in the Boca Raton area.
I specialize in South Florida and have teams across the entire state. South Florida real estate is very expensive, but there are many beautiful areas.
I’m seeking a New Yorker who can help me tell my story and help fellow New York residents use common sense and make no fear-based decisions by helping to:
