Requirements:
Under the supervision of the cleaning manager the porter/janitor must be a reliable and courteous professional responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building and common areas: apartments, lobbies, waiting rooms and bathrooms.
Trash removal and operation of trash compactor
Care for property owned maintenance equipment
Available to work mornings and evenings
Open House location from 8/26/25 to 8/27/25; 8/28/25.
