We are currently interviewing for a highly motivated , self directing , extremly aggressive front office sales associate / customer service specialist to join our team . This is a position for selling our service and quality to customers that have not had an experience at our company . Must be convincing , sincere and empathetic .
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Sales Manager, located in Brooklyn, NY. The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, setting sales goals, and developing strategies to meet objectives. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include maintaining a deep understanding of automotive products and industry trends, training and mentoring sales staff, and managing sales metrics and performance reports.
Qualifications
Experience in Automotive Sales and a strong understanding of automotive products
Expertise in Sales, with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
