We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Services Coordinator. This is a key role where you’ll play an important part in ensuring our clients and wholesale partners receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities
-Act as a liaison between clients, wholesale partners, and in-house technicians
-Gather and document service requests for wig adjustments and customizations
-Communicate timelines and provide updates to clients
-Ensure technicians clearly understand service instructions
-Monitor work progress to confirm accuracy and on-time completion
-Coordinate service needs for wholesale accounts
-Maintain organized records of orders and service details
-Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED required
-Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
