We are looking for an exceptionally talented social media wrangler that can take our digital outreach to the next level. This work would be part time for 5 - 10 hrs a week depending on need and availability. We are looking for something local in New York, as this job may require some photography or video work in the bakery and at the various retail locations we supply.
Qualifications:
- Candidates have at least two years experience in running small business social media, ideally with exposure to the retail or hospitality industry.
- Candidates have a strong understanding of social media tactics including both organic content and paid promotion tools on multiple platforms.
- Candidates can create suitable photo and video content that follows our style guide and company voice.
- Candidates have excellent communication skills, both written and in person.
Job Description:
- Orchestrate social media strategy
- Create posts and campaigns through dialogue with our team and other partners
- Activate new partnerships with retail partners, social media influencers and like-minded organizations.
- Report to stakeholders on conversion statistics
- Assist with budgeting and ROI analysis in regards to marketing
