Me and my friend were having a drink at Coney Island beach. Both got a summon. We were served with different colored summons. Mine was pink which apparently is Criminal (what google says).
I have no clue how to go about it?
Option 1 : pay the fine. $25
Option 2 : get a lawyer and fight it.
I can pay the fine my main concern is if it’s gonna be on my record or not.
Please advice what to do in this situation. Would really appreciate any help in this regard.
