Would you like to make your own favorite stuffings of dumplings?
You can make vegetables only for your children to silently feed them the veggies.
You can also make them with your healthier choice of meat like turkey or your favorites corn or peas.
In our class, we will explain what conditions are needed for each kind of ingredient to be mixed to make dumplings of your choice. Once you know the concept that is required for dumplings to work, then the creativity is all yours! You can pan fried them, boil them, put them in soup, etc.
#1) Dumpling Class: 3 hours, 10am - 1pm, Wednesdays, Cost $60
You can sign up as many times as you would like because we will have different ingredients for each class.
#2) Scallion Pancake with any meat choice - seafood, pork, beef, or veggies
This kind of pancake can be frozen for convenient usage of it. You can make a batch of 20 or 50, then freeze them, and pan fried it with an egg when you like to eat it.
This saves time and energy and is a good way of prepping your food.
In the class, we will show you how to control the flour as many videos are not able to show that but it is actually very critical stage. Once you get the hang of the flour developing process, then again you can create your own pancakes to your family's favorites.
