I’m looking for a proactive, organized individual to help manage a mix of ongoing projects — mostly real estate, personal organization, and travel/lifestyle logistics.
This is a flexible, part-time remote role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and keeping complex things running smoothly.
You’ll coordinate tasks, handle follow-ups, conduct light research, and help manage communication across several workstreams. The ideal person takes initiative and can anticipate the next step without waiting for direction.
What You’ll Do:
Track projects, tasks, and deadlines across several initiatives
Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and contractors
Maintain organized notes, timelines, and documents
Research vendors, properties, or local services as needed
Draft and proof short, professional correspondence
Help plan personal and group travel (flights, lodging, itineraries)
Support light home projects and scheduling (e.g., contractors, designers)
About You:
Naturally proactive — you don’t wait to be told, you see what’s needed and move it forward
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to juggle multiple priorities independently
Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Notion, or similar tools)
Preferred Experience:
Background in real estate, property management, or project coordination
Experience as a licensed real estate agent or familiarity with property research is a plus
Experience managing communications, schedules, or light financial tracking
Details:
10–20 hours per week (remote, flexible schedule)
$50–$75/hr depending on experience
Eastern Time zone availability preferred
If you’re thoughtful, organized, and like keeping things moving, please send:
A brief intro (1–2 paragraphs) about your background
A resume or link to your LinkedIn
A few lines about your availability and hourly rate expectations
Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
