Cape Dory 32, built in 1986, 7th sailboat out of 11 manufactured, in good condition, cutter rig, lots of renovations including new bimini and electronics (Garmin 10" ECHOMAP chartplotter, wind, speed and depth instruments, fully integrated with the old Raymarine autopilot ST6002. New Garmin 115 VHF radio. New engine battery and new house batteries (2). One new solar panel connected to the house batteries via Victron STTP 100/30. New Minn Kota electric charger. New cockpit shower. New faucets in the head and galley. Has dodger. Mast was taken down and inspected in 2023, new standing rigging installed. Sails in good condition, cleaned in 2025. Cushions cleaned in 2024. Off-season was kept on-land since I bought her in 2022. Last bottom cleaning and painting in 2025. Diesel starter changed to a new in 2023. Maintenance is up to date. The boat is documented with USCG and registered in NY.
